★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues de primer impacto no me atendieron pronto como que les da miedo el trato con el cliente, habían 4 personas en el local que al parecer ahí trabajan y ninguna me atendía hasta qué le dijeron a una chica que estaba atendiendo a otra sra, ella me trató bien pero lo que no me agradó es que no se si una de las personas a la que estaban atendiendo era la dueña porque daba órdenes e interrumpió para decirle que le pintara las uñas cuando la chica que me estaba explicando algo sobre lo que yo me iba hacer en el cabello. Yo había hecho cita para ese día, en fin. Creo que es un negocio improvisado y como de atención entre familiares y amigos nada más pues el cliente no les interesa.

I had made an appointment for that day, anyway. I think it is an impromptu business and as a service between family and friends, nothing else, because the client is not interested.

Desde un principio fueron muy claros en lo que requería para una decoloración y me hicieron recomendaciones para tener los mejores resultados. Hicieron lo que yo decidí y pedí, nada decidido por ellos. Se dieron el tiempo justo y hasta me dejaron comer en el lugar (mil gracias porque estaba hambrienta jaja). La chica que hace el servicio de cejas también super simpática y amable, me encantó charlar con ella y su trabajo es formidable.
Sus promociones son geniales y tienen precios justos.
El resultado fue justo lo que quería y me encantó (y es que tenia mucho miedo de hacerlo porque mi cabello era virgen y temía que se maltratara demasiado).
Espero poder acudir pronto otra vez para mi baño de color. Súper recomendado.
I loved the service they gave me and have a great time. Ken & Rich are super friendly, fun and attentive. From the beginning they were very clear on what it required for a discoloration and they made recommendations for me to have the best results. They did what I decided and asked, nothing decided by them. They gave me the right time and even let me eat at the place (thank you so much because I was hungry haha). The girl who does the eyebrow service is also super friendly and kind, I loved chatting with her and her work is formidable.
Their promotions are great and they have fair prices.
The result was just what I wanted and I loved it (and I was very afraid to do it because my hair was virgin and I feared that it would be badly mistreated).
I hope to be able to come again soon for my bath of color. Super recommended.
