★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, agende una cita con una semana de anticipación, confirme la cita unos días antes, mande mi información y papelería, y 20 minutos antes de la cita cuando yo y mi familia íbamos en camino a la cita me llamaron para cancelar la cita, increíble, pero nos hicieron perder el tiempo y pasar un mal rato, deberían mejorar su servicio al cliente y dejar de jugar con el tiempo y recursos de sus pacientes, pensé que era un negocio serio y confiable pero nos equivocamos, no volvemos a poner nuestra salud y tiempo en sus manos.
Terrible service, make an appointment a week in advance, confirm the appointment a few days before, send my information and stationery, and 20 minutes before the appointment when I and my family were on our way to the appointment they called me to cancel the appointment, amazing, but they made us waste our time and have a hard time, they should improve their customer service and stop messing with their patients' time and resources, I thought it was a serious and reliable business but we were wrong, we do not put our health and time in your hands.
