★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh it was ok. The restaurant is located inside the shopping mall. The service was ok but our food took a long time to come out! And it wasn't even busy. They have a fairly large sushi menu.
Not the best or well made sushi I had in Puerto Vallarta but it was good. My biggest complaint is they water down their soy sauce and then serve it in a half gallon container. Unfortunately, when you dip sushi in too much liquid it falls apart which is what happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I waited 90 minutes for my food. I saw people get seated, eat and leave several times. I kept asking why it was taking it so long and they had no concern plus were rude. The sushi is not worth the wait.

We sat down at 1 and didn't get our food until 2. It was over cooked and tasteless. Ordered take out for my mom it took another 40 minutes. She said the tuna was good but the sauces were awful and the salad was old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what it used to be. Las time at restaurant they prioritize a catering order and we waited for 1 hr. And.... Dont even think about ordering for delivery. Orders not revised, bikers hired blend the food and it is a long wait with dissappointment at the end. Come on Kensao do a better job!
