★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was awful at this location, the order was done on the phone, after almost an hour we got a call letting us know they would not be able to send it soon so we had to go get it. We get there and the security guard was extremely obnoxious and intrusive, he would not allow us to approach the employees to request our order and would instead start asking us stuff like the name of the person who took the order, like we're supposed to know that. Finally, we were sent to the back of the restaurant where the delivery guys from all the apps that offer the service had to go. After a while they got our order, we payed in the parking lot and finally left with out food. I can confidently say this has been the worst I've been treated at a fast food place. And I don't even like chicken hahaha.
