Deberían de checar mejor su inventario para así mejorar las demandas de sus clientes.
Muy mal servio , pésimo servicio .
 As every time we come to KFC there is a huge shortage in the different packages they offer.
They should better check their inventory in order to improve the demands of their customers.
Very bad service, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados son muy huevones y nos dijeron que iban a sanitizar y que solo por el drive trhu y al final nos dejaron comer ahí pero el empleado estaba fingiendo que trapeaba seguramente solo dicen así para andar de flojos y tal vez viendo el celular de puro milagro había todo el menú y si había refresco de sabor y agua!!!!!!!!!!!!? deberían hablar con los empleados
The employees are very lazy and they told us that they were going to sanitize and that only for the drive thru and in the end they let us eat there but the employee was pretending that he was mopping surely they only say that to be lazy and maybe seeing the cell phone as a pure miracle there was the whole menu and if there was flavored soda and water!!!!!!!!!!!!? they should talk to the employees

Literalmente te avientan los pedidos y si requieres algo extra te dicen que avances porque tienen el tiempo limitado y hay personas esperando. Aún y cuando no hay ningún otro automóvil y no es horario “pico”.
Varias veces, específicamente 5 en las que me atienden pésimamente. Hay desabasto y son muy groseras y groseros.
Lo he experimentado manejando y de copiloto.
Sin embargo, el servicio por teléfono es totalmente lo opuesto. Las personas que atienden la llamada son extremadamente amables; y curiosamente el pedido llega en tiempo y forma en 10 minutos.
Gran área de oportunidad en el servicio al cliente en el establecimiento. Espero se mejore.
Terrible attention when using the drive thru service.
They literally throw the orders at you and if you require something extra they tell you to go ahead because they have limited time and there are people waiting. Even when there is no other car and it is not "peak" time.
Several times, specifically 5 in which they treat me horribly. There is a shortage and they are very rude and rude.
I've experienced it driving and co-piloting.
However, service over the phone is quite the opposite. The people who take the call are extremely friendly; and curiously the order arrives in a timely manner in 10 minutes.
Great area of opportunity in customer service in the establishment. I hope it gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE! I ordered the 4 pcs box, which I generally order at KFC. I was expecting what was posted: 4 pcs of chicken, fries, salad and a drink; and a plastic fork to eat the salad. What I got was the chicken, the salad and a biscuit. No drink, no fries, no fork. When I asked for the fries, the person at the counter pointed out that the cashier had input biscuit instead of fries. When I pointed at the board, I noticed that it kept alternating, so it's kinda luck of the draw, especially if your Spanish is broken. I also had to plea for my drink, which I eventually got after she checked my bill multiple times. Couldn't get a fork - don't have any. So I ended up with a microspoon.
I came here from Toronto and was happy to see a familiar name. But now I suppose that KFC has different standards for its various franchises.
