★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer llegamos exactamente a las 8:40 y que ya no tenía pollo que si queríamos teníamos que esperar de 40 a 50 min. Se me hizo raro por que en sus hornos se veían piezas, ya han sido ocasiones que nunca tienen... a lo que accedimos a esperar con una cara de molestia y de mala gana nos atendió y nos entregó en menos de 10 minutos. Que les quita con atender a sus clientes. Ya que había personas que llegaban y les decían el tiempo de espera y mejor se iban.

Compré una cubeta familiar para comer en el lugar y no me dieron platos, al momento de pedirlos la señorita te da las cosas de mala gana, el mismo caso con las salsas, únicamente me dieron 2 sobres de catsup, 2 de picante y a pesar de llevar bisquets ni siquiera incluyeron las mermeladas. De muy mal gusto que a pesar del precio elevado, ni siquiera te den los complementos adecuados y te pongan mala cara.
The service is very bad. I bought a family bucket to eat in the place and they didn't give me dishes, when I ask for them the lady reluctantly gives you the things, the same case with the sauces, they only gave me 2 packets of ketchup, 2 of spicy and despite Biscuits didn't even include the jams. In very bad taste that despite the high price, they don't even give you the right accessories and make you look bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido a domicilio a las 8:12, me confirmaron y dijeron q en 45-50 minutos llegaba, una hora despues marque para saber q habi pasado y me dijeron q en 15 min llegaba, 15 mins despues marco y me dijeron q en 20, 25 mins despues marco y me dicen q ya no tienen servicio q x la hora y blabla...... dos horas me hicieron esperar para decir eso y mi familia mueiendo de hambre, q nefastos.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por raro que suene, la preparación que tienen ahí, sobresale de entre las demás sucursales que he ido, por lo que sin problemas puedo decir que ha sido el mejor KFC en el que he estado, las piezas de pollo con buen sabor, bien cocidas, las pechugas que por naturaleza son secas, me tocaron super jugosas, los bisquets que normalmente no son de mi agrado, aquí estaban muy buenos.
Había bastante gente, pero muy bien el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, llegué 8:30pm para comprar y resulta que ya dejan de dar servicio a esa hora, cuando antes era a las 10:00 pm, no es la primera vez que me quedan mal, en otra ocasión quise hacer el reclamo de una pieza que me mandaron con plumas y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque era servicio a domicilio.
Ha decaído mucho esta sucursal en los últimos años, que lastima, era muy buena.
