★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my family to get a bucket of goodness and it was undercooked and to top it off they are very slow, you would think they would get everything right. The overall cleanliness of the place was very poor and disgusting. Would highly recommend new management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super long wait - 15 minutes to order. 15 minutes to get our food. They were overly cautious about COVID. They misunderstood our order so we got the wrong thing. And their BBQ chicken recipe is DEFINITELY not the US recipe. They just drowned the normal chicken in BBQ sauce. Oh well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a number 6. The fries were cold as we're those of my family. The lines were long so I can't understand how you have cold fries. Positives: there is AC and they have TV's(world cup). The coleslaw tasted like it was watered down or wasn't dethawed and drained before they added any sauce to it. The sandwich would've been better but it wasn't hot. Soda carbonation was better than other fast food restaurants I've been to. Portion size of fries with meal was really, really small.
