★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi mamá y yo compramos unas crepas de nutella con fresa y las fresas estaban en mal estado incluso se veían mal y aun así las puso, le dijimos a la chica si las podía cambiar y se molesto y dijo que solo le tiraría las que nos puso y pondría poquitas frescas por qué están contadas, entiendo que les cuentan la mercancía pero no puedes poner unas fresas que están caducas.

Hice un pedido por UberEats, y para empezar el empaque es malo, amarran las cajas con ligas, y obviamente con el calor de la crepa se humedece la caja de cartón y queda casi rota por la presión de la liga, deberían mejorar su embalaje, o por lo menos no ponerles ligas que rompan la caja, y eso que la sucursal está a no más de 10 min de distancia. Pedí 4 crepas, 2 saladas sin problema, pero la keberry venía con las fresas en mal estado, y obviamente quien la pidió prefirió no comerla, la exótica se pidió con masa de chocolate, la cual estaba toda reseca, y en el interior únicamente tenía una embarrada de mermelada, le hacía falta el queso philadelfia y además la Nutella extra que se pidió… si van a pedir de preferencia en sucursal directamente y que sigan las órdenes de su pedido.

I ordered 4 crepes, 2 salty without problem, but the keberry came with the strawberries in bad condition, and obviously whoever asked for it preferred not to eat it, the exotic was ordered with chocolate mass, which was all dry, and only had A muddy jam, he needed the Philadelphia cheese and also the extra Nutella that was ordered ... if they are going to order preferably in the branch directly and that they follow the orders of their order.
