★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy molesta en la sucursal que esta dentro de plaza Aragón, su terminal no sirve me hicieron un cobro doble con diferente tarjeta, la empleada justificó que ya le ha pasado varias veces esta situación y que tuvo que pagar ella el producto, a mi en mi celular me llego la alerta que si se me había echo el cobro, yo le dije que me diera una solución y me dijo que fuera a mi banco siendo que el problema es la terminal, pedi hablar con el encargado y lo único que me dijeron que no querían volverme a ver ahi, es inaceptable el trato que me dieron y ademas el cobro doble.
No es posible que su personal no este capacitado para ese tipo de eventualidades, y su unica solucion sea correrme delante de los clientes.
Pido mi caso sea Tomado en cuenta.
Una ves mas reiteró si esos son los valores por los que se conforma la empresa, impidiendome volver a asistir a la tienda, lo único que pedí es que me diera una solución, jamás quise las crepas gratis, solo quería el cobro adecuado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ricas las crepas, el servicio es bueno aunque un poco lento ya que por la pandemia solo tienen a una persona trabajando y es poco difícil para el estar atendiendo y haciendo las crepas.
Tienes que ser paciente y valdrá la pena, mi crepa favorita es la de Kefresa que tiene fresas naturales, con lechera y azúcar glass.
Los precios son accesibles y tienen crepas tanto dulces como saladas y algunas con especiales. Es una buena opción para un postre de cena.
A las 8 de la noche deja de dar servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las peores crepas que he probado, pedí una crepa de Philadelphia con fresas y para empezar la masa de la crepa estaba desabrida me la dieron un poco cruda y de queso tenía una embarradita como de una cuchara sopera solo bien esparcida por la tortilla de la crepa de fresa solo tenía como 4 rodajas literalmente solo me dieron la tortillita y ni siquiera estaba buena , por el precio me sentí totalmente estafada.
De verdad han sido las peores crepas que he comprado.
