Compramos en noviembre 2018 con promesa de que nos entregarían en enero 2019 , eso no sucedió y solo prolongaban la entrega poniendo excusas baratas, echando culpa a terceros como proveedores o incluso entre ellos mismos, alegando falta de comunicación.
Nada profesionales y nada comprometidos.
Terminamos pidiendo reembolso y cancelando la compra, pues nunca tuvieron fecha real de entrega, y el vendedor incluso se escondía cuando lo buscábamos.
Servicio mediocre otorgado por personas mediocres
Completely bad experience.
We bought in November 2018 with the promise that they would deliver us in January 2019, that did not happen and they only prolonged the delivery by making cheap excuses, blaming third parties as suppliers or even among themselves, alleging lack of communication.
Nothing professional and nothing committed.
We ended up asking for a refund and canceling the purchase, as they never had an actual delivery date, and the seller even hid when we were looking for it.
Mediocre service provided by mediocre people
