★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lleve mi vehículo a diagnóstico y salió peor que cuando ingreso... con el testigo del motor encendido, vibrando y sin fuerza al acelerar y me lo pretendían entregar sin notificarme... pedí que me llamarán para esclarecer el tema... y no recibí atencion... decidí retirarlo más tarde y llevarlo a la agencia y me diagnosticaron más de 1 bobina de encendido dañada...
al llamarles para comentarles ... se portaron muy amables y atentos hasta ofrecieron al otro día arreglarlo sin costo adicional... pero decidí no llevarlo para no moverlo más asi... solo les pedí me reconocieran y reembolsaran el monto de la cotización que ellos mismos me hicieron por el cambio de una sola bobina marca generica (3500pesos)... pero no he recibido respuesta.
Debo decir también que se le hizo afinación mayor y me mandaron videos y fotos de como se hizo todo... pero al final quedó opacado por la pésima entrega de la unidad.
Dejando al final un mal sabor de boca.
I took my vehicle to diagnostics and it came out worse than when I entered... with the check engine light on, vibrating and without force when accelerating and they tried to deliver it to me without notifying me... I asked them to call me to clarify the issue... and no I received attention... I decided to remove it later and take it to the agency and they diagnosed me with more than 1 damaged ignition coil...
when I called them to tell them... they were very kind and attentive and even offered to fix it the next day at no additional cost... but I decided not to take it so I wouldn't move it like that anymore... I just asked them to recognize me and refund the amount of the quote that They themselves asked me to change a single generic brand coil (3500 pesos)... but I have not received a response.
I must also say that a major tuning was done and they sent me videos and photos of how everything was done... but in the end it was overshadowed by the terrible delivery of the unit.
Leaving a bad taste in the mouth.
