★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Fui a recoger un pastel y no lo tuvieron listo. Fue en himalaya, me lo entregan más tarde y todavía la señora con una actitud pesima.
No entiendo por que ponen gente que no le gusta ese trabajo.
De verdad total decepción.
Terrible service. I went to pick up a cake and they didn't have it ready. It was in the Himalayas, they gave it to me later and the lady still had a very bad attitude.
I do not understand why they put people who do not like that job.
Really total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y sabor, un betún característico. Además de que tienen toda la disposición de hacer el diseño que les pidas y todos quedan muy bien. Y siempre tienen pastelitos de temporada que te pueden sacar de un apuro en todo momento. Muy recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy malo, si es la primera vez que vas, no te explican nada, ni de que tamaño son los pasteles, ni de cuantos panques necesitas para hacer una figura, las señoritas que atienden no son nada amables, deberían de tener una actitud más amigable y más informativa.
El sabor del pastel es muy rico, un poco dulce. Pero el betún es delicioso.
Personalmente recomiendo los pasteles sin relleno porque son bomba de azúcar.
The service is very bad, if it is the first time you go, they do not explain anything to you, or how big the cakes are, or how many pancakes you need to make a figure, the ladies who serve are not friendly, they should have one friendlier and more informative attitude.
The taste of the cake is very rich, a little sweet. But the bitumen is delicious.
I personally recommend the unfilled cakes because they are a sugar bomb.

Por estar recomendando una amiga que vende comida a una clienta , que ya había hecho su pedido, no me atendía. Le pedí el precio de una caja de cupcakes y no entendí la cantidad porque no se dirigía a mí. Le dejé lo que escuché y me dice que no es la cantidad, le comento que eso le escuché. La otra clienta se pone agresiva conmigo como si mi intención fuera no pagar y me empieza a insultar. Le comento que no escuché porque ni siquiera se estaba dirigiendo a mí, y la otra señora me sigue insultando. Pago la cantidad correcta y me retiro.
