Mala atención lo más probable es que no se tomaron la molestia y/o el tiempo para confirmar el material y solo me hicieron perder el tiempo.
 I went to pick up a piece for which they had previously called to confirm existence they said yes and when they went through it supposedly they no longer had that the last ones had already been sold.
Bad attention most likely they did not take the trouble and / or time to confirm the material and they only made me waste my time.
