★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un paquete hamburguesa, papas y refresco y que desepcion, no se si no tenían para preparar una hamburguesa por qué pareció que una k-tira la cortaron por la mitad y con eso prepararon la hamburguesa, además las papas estaban frías ... Mal servicio.
 I bought a hamburger, fries and soda package and what a disappointment, I don't know if they didn't have to prepare a hamburger why it seemed that a k-strip was cut in half and with that they prepared the hamburger, besides the fries were cold... Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rápido el servicio, el personal es bastante rápido, sigue todas las medidas de higiene , me gusto el paquete Mega bonito ya que es muy barato 140 pesos con complementos grandes y además te permite agregar las cosas más ricas del coronel , como la hamburguesa las ke tiras y o una pieza de pollo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor consumo de este lugar el personal desde el cajero hasta el que entrega pasando por su subgerente todo mal pides un paquete y te dan otro si agrandas según ellos tu paquete te dan otra cosa lo despota de los que entregan pides los refrescos sin hielo y te lis dan con hielo si reclamas su palabra que le puede pasar so se va a MORIR por el hielo lis complementos cuando agrandas te dan lo básico si reclamas que se lo va a TRAGAR TODO, si pides los aderezos para varias órdenes te dicen por lo que pagan TRAELOS de tu casa Y SI PIDES HABLAR CON EL ENCARGADO EN MI CASO CON EL SUBGERENTE me tocó no se puede esperar está viendo que todo el personal se está capacitando y el mismo también se estaba capacitando total todo un verdadero desorden

? Por otro lado la calidad de los productos es de buena a regular
? Usualmente no hay mucha varie7de productos ni sabores
? El sabor de las salsas, aderezo, mayonesa, catsup, mostaza ya cambio y no es muy bueno
