Para que al final me dijieran que ya no había servicio...Siendo las 8:00 y mi pedido era para llevar osea que no cierran a las 9 o al menos al servicio al cliente lo dejan de antender mucho antes ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por la parte ainistrativa, tuve problema con un pedido que realicé, me comuniqué a la sucursal y me comentaron que NO podían hacer nada para resolverlo, NO PODIAN AYUDARME CON UN PROBLEMA GENERADO POR ELLOS, YA QUE MI PEDIDO LLEGÓ INCOMPLETO Y NO FUERON CAPACES DE BRINDAR UNA SOLUCIÓN.
No lo recomiendo
Terrible service on the administrative side, I had a problem with an order that I made, I contacted the branch and they told me that they could NOT do anything to solve it, THEY COULD NOT HELP ME WITH A PROBLEM GENERATED BY THEM, SINCE MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A SOLUTION.
I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia, era la primera vez consumiendo ahí y para empezar llegue como a las 12:00 pm y aún no abrían que hasta la 1 iban a abrir, me espere entonces cuál es el verdadero horario? y pedi el paquete de 18 piezas en diferentes versiones de pollo y no me pusieron 5 piezas que eran de una especialidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este establecimiento en lo particular me gusta más que las demás sucursales ya que las instalaciones son nuevas están muy bonitas y hay muy poca gente. El servicio por parte de los empleados es muy rápido y eficiente. Los baños tienen más limpieza que en otras sucursales. Los jueguitos son seguros para los niños. Dan más salsas que en los demás sucursales. Lo único malo es que no encontraban con la receta de pollo tipo Volcano fuera de ahí en general el establecimiento cumple muy bien su función.
This establishment in particular I like more than the other branches because the facilities are new are very nice and there are very few people. The service by the employees is very fast and efficient. The bathrooms have more cleaning than in other branches. The games are safe for children. They give more sauces than in the other branches. The only bad thing is that they did not find the Volcano chicken recipe out of there in general, the establishment fulfills its function very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio tiene la sucursal de Plaza Antenas Compre un paquete chicken Nights de 8 piezas y me regalaban 3 pzas el cual llegue a casa y cuando las conté nada mas eran 8 pzas ya no me dieron las 3 de regalo y no tienen teléfono para comunicarse a esa sucursal...marque atención al cliente de KFC y que ellos no responden por esa sucursal
What a bad service the Plaza Antenas branch has. I bought an 8-piece Chicken Nights package and they gave me 3 pieces, which I got home and when I counted them there were only 8 pieces, they didn't give me the 3 as a gift and they don't have a telephone to communicate to that branch... dial KFC customer service and they don't answer for that branch
