★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hicimos pedido a domicilio y tardó 3 horas, nos llamaron para saber si aún lo queríamos y lo mandaron frío. Pedimos el paquete de 4 ke tiras y mandaron dos que apenas hacían una. ¿En serio ese mini pedazo cuenta como una ke tira?
Terrible service, we made a home delivery and it took 3 hours, they called us to know if we still wanted it and they sent it cold. We ordered the package of 4 ke strips and they sent two that barely made one. Does that mini piece really count as a ke strip?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio esta pesimo, la encargada de la caja muy déspota, atienden de mala gana, que porquería de sucursal ojala corran a todos y pongan gente que sepa atender y ser servicial
The service is terrible, the person in charge of the box is very despotic, they attend reluctantly, what a crap branch, I hope they run everyone and put people who know how to attend and be helpful

"Tu refresco como coca cola esta bien?" y yo con cara de :/
Y le dije "Sólo tienen coca cola?" y me dijo que no
Entonces por que asume que pediré coca cola??
Y hablaba muy rápido, no le entendía que decía
:( mala atención al cliente
Al final me arrebato el ticket :(
The cashier seemed very rude to me, she asked me what I wanted and I already assumed what I would ask for.
"Is your soda like coke okay?" and me with the face of: /
And I said "Do you only have coke?" and he said no
So why do you assume I will order coke?
And he spoke very fast, I did not understand what he was saying
:( bad customer service
In the end I snatch the ticket :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del personal deja mucho que desear, parece que les molesta que vayan a comsumir, desde que nos acercamos a pedir super grosera, lo que nos dieron no fue lo que pedimos, se cobró pero no estaba lo que pedimos, por hambre y tiempo consumimos lo que nos dieron,el refresco era puro dulce, fue una mala experiencia.
Espero puedan corregir a su personal.
The service of the staff leaves much to be desired, it seems that they are annoyed that they are going to eat, since we approached to ask super rude, what they gave us was not what we asked for, they charged but it was not what we asked for, because of hunger and time we consumed what they gave us, the soft drink was pure sweet, it was a bad experience.
I hope you can correct your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los empleados, no te ayudan en nada, y si va uno directamente a comprar para llevar, sólo tienen refresco coca cola en vaso desechable, pero en los refrigeradores tienen gran variedad de sabores en lata que no te venden porque sólo son para servicio de uber; pasa lo mismo con las ketiras, sólo te ofrecen BBQ, y ofrecer es mucho decir por que en realidad no te dan opcion. En conclusión te venden sólo lo que quieren, muy mala experiencia.
Terrible service from the employees, they don't help you at all, and if you go directly to buy to go, they only have coca cola in a disposable cup, but in the refrigerators they have a wide variety of canned flavors that they don't sell you because they only they are for uber service; The same thing happens with the ketiras, they only offer you BBQ, and offering is too much to say because they don't really give you an option. In conclusion they sell you only what they want, very bad experience.
