★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ??aparte de dar porquerías la gerente de este establecimiento mamona de verdad fíjense a quien contratan Town Center el rosario KFC dos veces nos salieron crudos los panes los cuales se comieron mis hijos la primera vez nos dimos cuenta porque mi hijo el grande menciono que tenía queso el pan el cual le dijimos que no y nos enseñó por dentro y todo crudo mi esposo se acercó con la gerente mostrándole como estaban los panes y ella menciono que solo reponía dos no los tres que se pagaron, a lo cual se negó
mi esposo y la gerente le menciono mamona que esos a ella se los van a cobrar al final le dio los tres y nuevamente crudos no como los primeros pero todos crudos di una estrella porque para poder mencionar lo ocurrido la aplicación lo pide pero por mi no les doy nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fui me dijeron que no tenían cambio y se me quedó viendo la señorita así como de “pues que quiere que haga que se lo cambie?” se que no fue el a bien en donde trabajan es muy estresante, pero nadie tiene el derecho de tratarte así, entiendan arruinan la comida de quien va ha comprar, recuerden que deben tratar a los clientes como les gustarían que los tratarán a ustedes. Buena comida siempre sabrosa.
 When I went they told me they didn't have change and the lady stared at me like "well, what do you want me to do to change it for you?" I know that it was not good where you work, it is very stressful, but nobody has the right to treat you like that, understand that you ruin the food of the person who is going to buy it, remember that you must treat the clients as you would like them to treat you. Good food always tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi esposa solicitó 2 tapas para los vasos de refresco que compró y se las negaron por no haber solicitado el pedido para llevar. Llamaron a la gerente y de igual manera se negó a darle las tapas le solicitó el ticket y le arrancó el número de folio
Terrible service, my wife requested 2 lids for the soda glasses she bought and they were denied for not having requested the order to go. They called the manager and in the same way she refused to give him the tapas, he asked for the ticket and tore off the folio number

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo por qué no aparece el Sushi Roll del Town Center... pero bueno jajaja.
Es una de las sucursales más concurridas que he visitado, supongo que es por estar dentro de una plaza, esta cerca el CCH y es punto de muchos medios de transportes.
El servicio suele ser un poco lento, en especial en los días de Sushi Night, realmente se atasca esos días. También suele haber ciertos errores de los empleados en esos días, tienen tanta presión que se equivocan en los pedidos o cosas así.
Aun así tiene el característico sabor de la franquicia que tanto gusta.
I don't understand why the Town Center Sushi Roll doesn't appear... but hey hahaha.
It is one of the busiest branches I have visited, I suppose it is because it is in a square, it is close to the CCH and it is a point of many means of transport.
The service is usually a bit slow, especially on Sushi Night days, it really gets stuck on those days. There are also usually certain mistakes made by the employees on those days, they are under so much pressure that they make mistakes in the orders or things like that.
Even so, it has the characteristic flavor of the franchise that you like so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amables, pero me dieron las ke tiras más pequeñas de la historia ? Me sentí estafada. No creo que en la foto se pueda apreciar, pero en serio eran pequeñas, las tres!!! Fue como si sólo me hubiera comido una y media. Chafísima.
Friendly, but they gave me the smallest ke strips ever ? I felt ripped off. I don't think you can see it in the photo, but seriously they were small, all three!!! It was as if I had only eaten one and a half. Chafísima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de los chicos es muy lento y para nuestra mala suerte el pollo estaba crudo, cuando mi esposo fue a quejarse el encargado dijo que no estaba crudo y no había rembolso a lo que mi esposo le pidió que lo frieran bien y el encargado molesto y sin aceptar su error se negó y al insistir mi esposo obvio ya enojado la cocieron bien ( tampoco se trata de tirar una Hamburguesa teniendo solución) . Espero que tengan encuenta este detalle ya que cualquiera puede enfermar y cambiar la actitud del encargado y dar una solución al cliente.
