★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 2 KFC's near my house. I chose to go to this one because it's "bigger". Needless to say, it was a mistake. It was pretty empty so I wasted no time ordering.
As soon as I ordered the girl at the counter let out an audible groan and rolled her eyes. She didn't say anything and walked to the back. She came out and said she didn't have any of that particular item cooked. I stood there in silence for a bit expecting to be given options or something... nope. So I just said thank you and walked away. I don't recommend this place. Rude staff for one, and if they didn't previously cook what you order, they won't make it for you. She didn't even say "hey, it'll take 30 minutes" or anything. Horrible customer service and poor management. Couldn't even get my food when the place wasn't busy...
