★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por todos es bien conocido que soy amante del Pollito KFC, pero la verdad la experiencia que viví el día de hoy por AutoExpress, no fue satisfactoria, ya que al darte las cosas empacadas no tienes oportunidad de validar que te estan dando lo que pides, ademas de que la atención de la Srita. del Auto fue totalmente fuera de los protocolos de atención y de servico que tienen en KFC. por lo que no recomiendo pasar por ahí, yo fuí alrededor de las 1:17-1:25 y no me quedaron ganas de volver... no le tome foto a mi comida porque no me gustó, las tiras muy secas a mi gusto, el tamaño mas pequeñas de lo que estoy acostumbrado. Mejor voy al de LindaVista

I didn't take a photo of my food because I didn't like it, the strips were very dry to my liking , the size smaller than what I am used to. I better go to the one by LindaVista

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio , se supone que es un establecimiento de comida rápida , y se tardaron 45 minutos en despacharme , y el montón de gente aglomerada , se supone que no debe de haber aglomeraciones por pandemia , el gerente de sucursal tiene pésima organización de personal , el servicio es pésimo , y luego te dan bien pocas salsas como si se las cobrarán al personal , está sucursal es un asco de lo peor , para nada la recomiendo !!
Lousy service, it's supposed to be a fast food establishment, and it took 45 minutes to send me out, and a lot of crowded people, there shouldn't be crowds due to a pandemic, the branch manager has terrible staff organization, the service is lousy, and then they give you very few sauces as if they were charging the staff, this branch is disgusting, I don't recommend it at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...this is the worst place I've ever been in quite a while, for starters they charged me twice, and when i went to reclaim my money the "manager" called Nayelli just shrugged and told me she couldn't refund me, even when i showed them the charge to my card, awful service and the food wasn't even ok; simply put, WORST KFC IN TOWN, AVOID AT ALL COSTS...
