The employees from the supervisor who told him no more, to the one who takes your order. I do not recommend it

Well, I went to this new branch and nothing to have a good experience, I went because usually at 25 Pte and in Plaza San Diego it is always full, but the surprise is that the tables that had been occupied were dirty, there were no desserts, now if they literally put you there is no refill (this pandemic thing favored them because the refill stopped working due to that situation) but I think that they will eliminate it shortly, if the drinks are already expensive now without the refill they go to keep winning. I published a photo where this time I complained because I asked for a medium soda and now it turns out that the mouth of the glass is slightly wider but the same height as the boy, but of course they give you the large version so you can see that it suits you (obviously much more face) because it is twice as tall. Definitely, these types of companies see our face, just as shamelessly, if we review their options you will see that in the end the "promos" are those that take something away from their original presentation. Uff, when will there be Mexican investments that really give us a KFC-type chicken, I won't say cheaper, but with better presentations and really made with natural products.

The very dirty place, the tables, the floor and its facilities in general leave much to be desired in terms of cleanliness...

What happens is that I am a vegetarian and there it is pure chicken with hormones, antibiotics and everything we already know. I like the coleslaw a lot...ahhhhh, and also the biscuits, they are still delicious although they are getting smaller and more expensive... Too bad.

The place is very clean and large, they take care with precautionary measures and maintain a healthy distance. The taste is the same as always :) Thanks!

Today I made a purchase and it is really sad and deplorable that they give this type of service and do not really make me want to continue buying if the chicken comes with burnt edges, the truth was very disappointing we can see "the kfc talent" in all its splendor . I had read the bad reviews and now I attest to them I attach photos of the horrible service I received from this branch they give better service at the mayorazgo kfc.
