★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer asistí a este lugar para comprar el paquete familiar pues tendria visitas en casa. Pensé que comprando en tienda directamente mejoraría el precio pero no fue así.
Compre el paquete de 18 pzas pero pensé que con 3 guarniciones no sería suficiente y pedí un extra de 2 guarniciones por 65 pesos más.
Al recibir mi pedido 2 veces le pregunté a la señorita si estaba completo mi pedido y dijo que si.
Llego a mí casa y resulta que falta el extra que pague ... da coraje porque ya llegarían mis visitas y dar una vuelta más a la plaza Delta era complicado. Llame a su call Center pero ellos no responden por pedidos comprados en tienda.
Además de su falta de atención, puedo notar que el producto ya es de baja calidad.. solo piernas y muslos... el crujiente ya no como antes... Que pena que por la fama, el volumen y/o la falta de control de calidad demeriten el producto...

Yesterday I went to this place to buy the family package because I would have visitors at home. I thought that buying in a store directly would improve the price but it was not like that.
I bought the package of 18 pzas but I thought that with 3 garnishes it would not be enough and I asked for an extra of 2 garnishes for 65 pesos more.
Upon receiving my order 2 times I asked the lady if my order was complete and she said yes.
I arrive at my house and it turns out that the extra I pay is missing ... it gives me courage because my visits would already arrive and taking one more tour of Delta Square was complicated. Call your call center but they do not respond for store bought orders.
In addition to its lack of attention, I can notice that the product is already of low quality .. only legs and thighs ... the crunchy one no longer like before ... What a pity that for the fame, the volume and / or the lack of quality control demerit the product ...
