La verdad salí muy molesto A lot of staff but no one attended, the only one that attended, charged and supplied orders and got very confused, because of the color of the shirt there were several supervisors or managers and they did nothing. Al final no nos resolvieron nada y nos quedamos sin comer ?. Poor service. We placed an order, we waited for 2 hours and nothing, we talked and they told us that our order was delivered when it never was. In the end they didn't solve anything for us and we were left without eating ?.

Y no quiero sus disculpas, ya que eso no me regresa lo que me robaron con las piezas faltantes. I ordered at home through the DIDI platform and it arrived incomplete, and Didi does nothing, besides, the complements were not what I ordered, and it is not the first time it has happened to me, I do not order KFC again, always bad experiences. And I don't want your apologies, since that doesn't bring back what was stolen from me with the missing pieces.

Los gerentes en plena hora picó están cenando y no hay sentido de urgencia por atender a la fila de clientes. Definitivamente comida buena pero pésimo administración del flujo de un buen negocio. This place is new and maybe they lack training but there is a bad customer service. Managers in the middle of rush hour are having dinner and there is no sense of urgency to attend to the queue of customers. Definitely good food but lousy management of the flow of a good business.

Ya que nos tocó ir cuando o no tenían servicio o estaban haciendo un corte de caja o algo porque nadie atendía en las cajas y la gente se acumulaba cada vez más. Yo creo que 10 minutos esperando, pero lo raro era que no avisan que está pasando y eso se ve mal por el hecho de que había muchísimos empleados ahí platicando pareciendo que nadie quería hacer nada ese día y ni siquiera los gerentes le mencionaban nada a las personas, mínimo un (en un momento más los atendemos). The food is good and the portions are ok, the only thing that should improve is the customer services. Since we had to go when they either had no service or they were doing a cashier cut or something because nobody was attending the cashiers and people were piling up more and more. I think 10 minutes waiting, but the strange thing was that they didn't notify what was happening and that was seen badly by the fact that there were many employees there talking, it seemed that nobody wanted to do anything that day and not even the managers mentioned anything to the people, minimum one (in a moment more we attend them).
