★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio les pedí en didi y me dijeron que no tenían papas y a la fuerza me trataron de vender lo que les dio la gana, le dije que cancelaran pedido y no lo hicieron, en otra ocasión el repartidor tan pronto dejó la sucursal marco el pedido como entregado, pésimo servicio, compren en otra sucursal mejor
Terrible service I asked them at didi and they told me they had no potatoes and by force they tried to sell me whatever they wanted, I told them to cancel the order and they didn't, on another occasion the delivery man as soon as he left the branch marked the order as delivered, lousy service, buy in another better branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El restaurante estaba vacío y a pesar de eso estuve parado enfrente de la caja como 10 minutos; aunque los empleados me vieron nadie me tomaba la orden. Luego, tenía un cupón en mi celular y se llevaron el teléfono desbloqueado a una oficina. Después de 3 minutos tuve que decirle a alguien que qué estaban haciendo con mi celular y que tenía mi información personal ahí. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
The restaurant was empty and despite that I was standing in front of the cashier for about 10 minutes; Although the employees saw me, no one took my order. Then I had a coupon on my cell phone and they took the unlocked phone to an office. After 3 minutes I had to tell someone what they were doing with my cell phone and that it had my personal information on it. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Cuando recibimos nuestro pedido eran dos Big Krunch y nos dieron Double Krunch (más pequeñas), también no me dieron mi pedido como lo pedí(pedí muslo, me dieron pierna), agrandamos ambos paquetes y faltó un complemento (mi esposo ya no quiso ir) solo tenían dos sabores de refresco. Estaba rico pero me parece muy raro que no se hayan dado cuenta de las hamburguesas, ya que eran mega box y claramente son muy diferentes los tamaños de las hamburguesas ? pero bueno, pongan atención a los detalles.
I went on a Saturday and it was full, we placed our order and everything was good until then. When we received our order they were two Big Krunches and they gave us Double Krunch (smaller ones), they also did not give me my order as I requested (I asked for thigh, they gave me leg), we enlarged both packages and a complement was missing (my husband did not want to go anymore ) They only had two flavors of soda. It was tasty but it seems very strange to me that they did not notice the hamburgers, since they were mega box and clearly the sizes of the hamburgers are very different ? but hey, pay attention to the details.
