★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante tardado el servicio tanto para clientes como para repartidores y a estos los dejan esperando hasta 40 min mientras estos sacan pedidos de la gente presente nada mas dejando a los repartidores esperando hasta 2 veces tandas de pollo
 The service for both customers and deliverers is quite long and they are left waiting up to 40 min while they take orders from the people present, just leaving the deliverers waiting up to 2 times batches of chicken

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio era la orden 181 llevo 40minutos esperando mi orden, definitivamente, no volveré a esta sucursal, muy desorganizado, ya van en la orden 186 y la mía sigue sin aparecer pedimos una orden de 10pzs de 242.
Deberían de mejorar el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pésimo servicio, uno haciendo el esfuerzo de comprar sus productos y para que salgan siempre con cada cosa. Realicé la compra de un paquete de 12 piezas en la sucursal 1123 kfc ubicado en Chedraui en Toluca y al llegar a mi domicilio solo eran 9 piezas y su call center no sirve de mucho. Quieren que vaya a la sucursal si por algo fui a comprarlo por el hambre. Que pésimo servicio no solucionan nada.
Espero no me queden ganas de volver a comprar su producto.
What a lousy service, one making the effort to buy their products and so that they always come out with everything. I made the purchase of a package of 12 pieces at the 1123 kfc branch located in Chedraui in Toluca and when I arrived at my home there were only 9 pieces and their call center is not much use. They want me to go to the branch if for some reason I went to buy it because of hunger. What a lousy service they do not solve anything.
I hope I don't feel like buying your product again.
