★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El detalle espere 45 minutos por mi pedido, siendo que cuando llegue no habia gente, y observe si salia pollo, pero armaban paquetes y los guardaban, y uno entregaron a un cte. Que llego muchisimo despues de mi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy intenté comprar un paquete familiar por el servicio al auto, y mientras estaba tratando de entender el contenido de un paquete u otro la señorita en el altavoz no paraba de presionarme para que le dijera que iba a ordenar, ésto sin tener ningún otro cliente atrás ni adelante, le pregunte si me podría regalar un minuto mientras le preguntaba a mi familia cuántas piezas iban a querer cada quién, éramos solo mi esposa y 2 hijos, y me contestó muy ruda que ese era el servicio exprés y que no me podía dar tiempo, acto seguido avancé y me salí del negocio, con esas actitudes y tomársela como con derechos que no tienen no van a llegar muy lejos esas personas. Invitado a no regresar.
 Today I tried to buy a family package for the drive-thru, and while I was trying to understand the content of one package or another the lady on the speaker kept pressing me to tell her that I was going to order, this without having any other customers behind go ahead, I asked him if he could give me a minute while I asked my family how many pieces each would want, we were just my wife and 2 children, and he replied very rudely that this was the express service and that he could not give me time, immediately afterwards I advanced and left the business, with these attitudes and taking it as if they had rights that they do not have, these people are not going to get very far. Invited not to return.
