★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicieron junta a hora pico, cuando estábamos más de 6 personas esperando recibir pedido. Y no es la primera vez que sucede o tardan mucho en surtir los pedidos o lo que buscas del menú ya no hay. ??? gracias
They held a meeting at rush hour, when we were more than 6 people waiting to receive an order. And it is not the first time that it happens or they take a long time to fill the orders or what you are looking for on the menu is no longer there. ??? thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí únicamente a realizar la compra de mi cena y no hay servicio hasta las 22:00 como viene marcado el horario, y el encargado comenta que ese es el horario anterior que por que el horario de invierno cambia en México pero ellos no lo cambian, terrible experiencia... Si el horario marcado es el de salida para los empleados es 22:00 deberían de marcar en la pagina que el de servicio al cliente es 21:00
I only attended to make the purchase of my dinner and there is no service until 22:00 as the schedule is set, and the manager comments that this is the previous schedule because winter time changes in Mexico but they do not change it, terrible experience ... If the scheduled departure time for employees is 22:00 they should mark on the page that customer service is 21:00
