De todo lo demás está muy rico y limpio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, duraron casi una hora en darnos la comida, cuando haces el pedido te atienden de mala manera y no se les entiende, preguntamos si tenían soda de refill la chica no sabía que es eso, nos dieron el paquete por partes y al final la hamburguesa estaba fría. Una estrella es mucho para el pésimo servicio.
Terrible service, they took almost an hour to give us the food, when you make the order they serve you in a bad way and they are not understood, we asked if they had refill soda the girl did not know what that is, they gave us the package in parts and in the end the burger was cold. One star is too much for lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urge que el personal sea mas atento y servicial. Urge poner alguna trampa para moscas. Los productos y precios muy buenos, pero cuando fui era temprano y ya no había receta secreta ?...
He vuelto otras 3 ocasiones y solo 1 de esas 3 me sentí satisfecho. La actitud del personal sigue siendo un aspecto a mejorar (parece que todos estan enojados por atender y muy cansados) ?♂️
The staff needs to be more attentive and helpful. It is urgent to put some trap for flies. Very good products and prices, but when I went it was early and there was no longer a secret recipe ?...
I have been back 3 other times and only 1 of those 3 was I satisfied. The attitude of the staff is still an aspect to improve (it seems that everyone is angry to attend and very tired) ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta la comida de esta cadena, pero la verdad la sucursal de Delicias me ha decepcionado muchísimo, las ultimas 2 veces que fuimos nos atendieron muy mal, las recepcionistas malhumoradas y actuando muy indiferentes, en las 2 ocasiones nos salió el pollo crudo, y cuando fui a hacer el reclamo la señorita de mostrador de muy mala gana y arrebatandome la bandeja pidió piezas nuevas, para mi suerte no habían y tuvimos que esperar más de 30 min en que salieran. Pésima atención y la comida deja mucho que desear, no vuelvo a comer en esta sucursal.
I like the food of this chain, but the truth is that the Delicias branch has disappointed me a lot, the last 2 times we went they treated us very badly, the receptionists were grumpy and acting very indifferent, on both occasions the chicken came out raw, and When I went to make the claim, the lady at the counter very reluctantly and snatching the tray asked for new pieces, luckily for me there were none and we had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to come out. Lousy service and the food leaves a lot to be desired, I will never eat at this branch again.
