★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio se tardaron demasiado en mi orden y cuando me la dieron me la dieron incompleta la chica de mostrador nos hizo caras y nos contestó muy mal, el pollo no tiene el mismo sabor que distingue a la marca, desabrido, no tenían el pollo que queríamos ni helado ni, tiras, en lo particular en ningún KFC me habían atendido tan feo, lo único que salva el lugar es el chico de la entrada que es muy amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me desagrada la marca en general su producto sin sabor, lleno de grasa y sin ningún atractivo al paladar y por si fuera poco los costos son excesivos considerando la experiencia de productos, lugar y servicio... está sucursal esta descuidada, sucia, sin mantenimiento y los juegos infantiles huelen horrible.
Nota: La visite después de mucho tiempo con la esperanza de tener otra perspectiva en general, sin embargo, fue totalmente peor.
I dislike the brand in general, its product without flavor, full of fat and without any appeal to the palate and as if that were not enough the costs are excessive considering the experience of products, place and service... this branch is neglected, dirty, without maintenance and children's games smell horrible.
Note: I visited her after a long time hoping to get a different perspective in general, however, it was totally worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que compro en esta sucursal y no me gustó, pedí el paquete de 12 piezas y no venía ninguna ala; el pollo estaba un poco seco, en especial la pechuga, que se sentía dura y era difícil de comer. Adicional pedí unas papas familiares y estaban horribles, de las peores que he probado (tiesas y frías), acabaron en la basura. Tuve una mala experiencia y no volvería a comprar ahí. Lo que si vale la pena mencionar es a la persona que está en la entrada, su atención es excelente, muy amable y servicial. Felicitaciones por ese empleado.
It is the first time that I buy in this branch and I did not like it, I ordered the package of 12 pieces and no wings came; the chicken was a bit dry, especially the breast which felt tough and hard to eat. In addition, I ordered some family potatoes and they were horrible, one of the worst I've ever tasted (stiff and cold), they ended up in the garbage. I had a bad experience and would not buy there again. What is worth mentioning is the person at the entrance, his attention is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Congratulations on that employee.
