I just bought through the Didi platform and I received the accessories that they wanted, not the marked ones and when they were poorly heated, the bread is even dry as if they had taken it out and put it in, not one heated one was very bad and it is the second time that it has happened to me I thought the first one had been a mistake but it seems not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t order here using Uber , I ordered using Uber and they sent the order with 4 large items missing … when I called and explained that the seal was perfectly closed and it wasn’t Uber’s fault , they didn’t care and asked me to call Uber to resolve , basically they purposely don’t put the items and then we have to force Uber to pay for them again to them … smart way to make more money , don’t buy here trust me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from here 4 times for delivery via Didi and 4 times there were items missing. I was only refunded for the missing items on 1 occasion. This time the food was also cold and insipid. Either the people at the KFC dont know how to put the right stuff in bags, or the Didi drivers steal it... Who knows which it is! Call KFC and then say call Didi..Call Didi and they say send evidence to KFC.. A cycle of incompetence of the highest order.
