El chico que me atendió en mostrador muy amable
Solo que a la hora de pedir hamburguesa crujiente no había entonces me ofreció suprema y acepte, por este según era más rápido
Se tardaron más de 20 minutos en entregarnos lo que pedimos y eso tuve que acercarme para recordarle por qué al parecer tenían mucho trabajo
No había mucha gente en el restaurante y creo descuidan esa parte
La mesa sucia, no había ni a quien pedirle que nos ayudará a limpiar, tuvimos que hacerlo nosotros, no es queja, no pasa nada por qué uno limpie su propia mesa solo que si no hay mucha gente en el comedor deberían tener un poco más limpio, pasa lo mismo en el baño, algo sucio. Eso sí con jabón y papel para secarse
Muy amables y atentos pero muy lentos
Creo no es temporada para ir con la familia tal dos o tres personas por las restricciones sería tal vez pedir para llevar o pedirlo a domicilio, también tiene servicio para el auto, hay variedad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia ?, pase por una hamburguesa y me la dieron fria, algunas papas se sentian casi congeladas. Creo sera mejor pases a otra sucursal de esta franquicia si tienes antojo de ello.
Bad experience ?, I went for a hamburger and they gave it to me cold, some fries felt almost frozen. I think it will be better to go to another branch of this franchise if you feel like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, si vienes después de las 7 pm cualquier día ya no te quieren vender k-tiras, en el caso de los mega-box igual, ya no te ofrecen los mismos ya que no tienen hamburguesas, la cuestión aquí es que les da huevonada freír la comida argumentando que se tiene que descongelar, el policía de la entrada es mega grosero, te pregunta si es para llevar o para comer aquí según el para ver el límite de gente en relación al límite de gente por el covid, pero estando vacío te ponen limitantes para consumir en el lugar, el servicio es muy tardado, como en todos los KFC dan prioridad al servicio en auto,por último cuando pides agranden tus paquetes, a la hora de entregar te dan los complementos chicos cuando tú ya habías pagado por los grandes, en pocas palabras te roban, se escudan diciendo: ah sí eran grandes los complementos, perdón

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is the worst of every KFC I've been to in Mexico City. They only let one person in at a time while everyone else waits in the sun and tons of the people from Uber go in and wait together. Why is there 1 person at a time when 1 person can be waiting for food and 1 ordering? They're far apart for social distancing, but they don't care and have everyone wait in the sun. I waited over 30 minutes.
