★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Hice un pedido, estuvieron enviando mensajes por medio de messenger diciendo que esperáramos 15 min mas y luego 15 min mas y así hasta hacer una hora. Marque y entonces avisaron que no tenían los productos en la tienda, que debían cancelar la orden. No es recomendable KFC

El pollo tenía muchísima grasa, más de lo habitual; además me tocó un pedazo de muslo ya refrigerado de tiempo, muy duro y nada comíble. Las salsas que enviaron estaban pegajosas (entiendo que las reciclen pero si las tocan otras personas deberían lavarlas o dar justo lo que se requiere para que ya no las revuelvan con las nuevas), la verdad me dio asco. Le doy tres estrellas no por los alimentos, si no por la rapidez del servicio y el buen trato de los que tomaron la orden así como del repartidor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal se ve limpia, la atención fue muy buena, la rapidez fue regular a la hora de tomar la orden pero rápida a la hora de despachar la misma, la persona que me atendió fue muy amable y eficiente. Fui a canjear un cupón y me lo hicieron válido sin ningún problema. Las tiras estuvieron muy buenas, fueron grandes y con bastantita salsa.
The branch looks clean, the service was very good, the speed was regular when taking the order but fast when it was dispatched, the person who attended me was very friendly and efficient. I went to redeem a coupon and they made it valid for me without any problem. The strips were very good, they were large and with a lot of sauce.
