A	Antonio Ismael Mendez Bautista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He venido 3 veces a comer a este lugar, y las 3 ocasiones el lugar está súper lleno, solo hay un cajero, luego sorpresivamente sale la gerente y pará la atención en la caja por 20 min porque en el corte de caja le hacían falta 20 pesos. Enseguida la gente molesta empieza a reclamar a la gerente y ella solo se hace de oídos sordos. Espero que por este medio no solo ofrezcan disculpas si no que hagan algo ya al respecto, en verdad este lugar necesita mejorar I have come 3 times to eat at this place, and on all 3 occasions the place is super crowded, there is only one cashier, then surprisingly the manager comes out and stops the cash desk for 20 minutes because in the cash cut she needed 20 pesos. Immediately, the annoying people start complaining to the manager and she only turns a deaf ear. I hope that by this means they not only apologize but do something about it, this place really needs to improve

Regularmente no hago malas críticas a menos que lo merezcan, pero mal todo, desde que te cobran tardan, me dieron mi pollo frío, mis papas igual, pedí refresco sin hielos y me sirvieron lo que quisieron. En pocas palabras, no recomiendo nada este KFC. Super horrible!!! Awful experience!!! I don't regularly write bad reviews unless they deserve it, but everything's wrong, since they charge you they take a while, they gave me my chicken cold, my potatoes the same, I asked for a soda without ice and they served me whatever they wanted. In short, I do not recommend this KFC at all. super awful!!!
E	Eugenia PM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Srita Alexa fue muy grosera, llevamos la charola para que nos pusiera la comida para llevar y nos dio una bolsa, pusimos la comida y nos retiramos a la mesa, en unos segundos llegó la Srita Alexa con la charola diciendole a la chica que le pidió la bolsa "ahí esta tu basura tirala". La comida no se sentía fresca, las papas y la ensalada tenían un sabor desagradable. M	Marysol Correa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera súper grosera con su carota, si no les gusta la at'n al cte xfavor no se dediquen a eso, no tenía cambio x $50 pesos, y posterior a la entrega de mi pedido envié a mi hijo a pedir xfavor una bolsa para llevar y lo ignoraron tanto la cajera como la otra empleada q entregaba las órdenes, no x ser jovencitos o niños los ctes q se acercan deben ignorarlos, se lo comenté al subgerente, ojalá haga algo al respecto de la actitud q tienen sus compañeras. Pésima actitud!!!!

Que toma la orden ni siquiera pregunta qué sabor de refresco quieres y a fuerza te dan coca aparte que ya están servidos y pierden el poco gas que tienen, se tardaron mucho tiempo en entregarnos y por último el pollo estaba crudo ni siquiera me comí la hamburguesa, no te dan servilletas ni catsup ni jalapeños. Todo mal es el peor KFC que he ido. I went today and everything bad since we arrived The Miss. The person who takes the order doesn't even ask what flavor of soft drink you want and by force they give you coke apart from the fact that they are already served and lose the little gas they have, they took a long time to deliver and finally the chicken was raw I didn't even eat the hamburger, They don't give you napkins or ketchup or jalapeños. All wrong this is the worst KFC I have ever been to.

Antes tenía problema con las sucursales de Ánfora y Fray Servando, siempre surtían mal mi pedido por Uber Eats, pero esta sucursal ha enmendado todos los errores y prometo ir cada mes. Su sistema de facturación es ágil y siempre sirve. Ninguna queja. Aguante KFC! They serve fast, the food is delicious, the place is clean and fresh. Your promotions are very good. I used to have a problem with the Ánfora and Fray Servando branches, they always filled my Uber Eats order wrong, but this branch has corrected all the errors and I promise to go every month. Its billing system is agile and always works. No complaints. Hold on KFC!

La atención fue rápida, el lugar está limpio, los alimentos bien preparados y los precios van de acuerdo a otras sucursales. La estancia fue agradable tanto en las mesas que están afuera como las de adentro de esta sucursal. En general estuvo bien y los alimentos tienen el toque característico de la marca. Food is the same as in all branches. The attention was fast, the place is clean, the food is well prepared and the prices are in line with other branches.
