Their cold chicken and non-carbonated soft drink, lukewarm, not recommended. Apparently the manager does not pay enough attention or they give him few resources to serve the client unless he is inexperienced or they have not been trained.

Me dijeron que no había pollo y que tardaría 10 minutos en salir.
La orden tardó más de 40 minutos.
Y la atención de la encargada NOEMI muy malo.
El pollo crudo.
Dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depsur de 4 años de no comer en esta cadena de restaurates me fue agrable provar la calidad y sabor del pollo crujiente Servicio para llevar o comer en las mesas de la zona de comida rápida ,para la fila tan larga que había nos atendieron rápido al comprar el paquete de 15 pzas de pollo crujiente ensalada de col, puré de papa, 4 bisquets y 4 vasos con medio vaso de refresco ya que llenan la mitad con puro hielo pero de allí en fuera todo nos gusto
After 4 years of not eating in this chain of restaurants, it was nice to taste the quality and flavor of the crispy chicken Service to take away or eat at the tables in the fast food area, for the long line that we were served quickly when buying the package of 15 pieces of crispy chicken coleslaw, mashed potatoes, 4 biscuits and 4 glasses with half a glass of soda since they fill half with pure ice but from there on out everything we liked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Box #1 and expected a leg and a thigh. They gave me a wing and a thigh. I asked if the mashed potatoes were made from fresh potatoes or from a powder. The cashier lied and said it was made from fresh potatoes. Very disappointing that they outright lied to the customer.
