★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 18 de mayo fui a comer a Kentucky y 2 de los empleados abrían las bolsas soplåndoles y les metían las servilletas, las catsup y los jalapeño. Ayer fui nuevamente y la persona que estába preparando las bolsas no tenía cubrebocas. No hay supervisión por parte del gerente del lugar y ponen en riesgo a los que asisten a comer ahí. Tomen sus precauciones. Yo no regresaré.

Además uno de los empleados que atienden a los de los carros se estaba metiendo el dedo en el ombligo y así dándole las cosas a la gente (que poca higienes de este Sr.) No vuelvo a esta sucursal

El único inconveniente fue que solo te dan cierta cantidad de aderezo por pieza y no les permiten dar más al cliente, es decir si te gusta el pollo bañado en salsa o catsup ya no porfa ser por qué solo te dan media bolsita por pieza...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardaron en darnos la orden, no prestaban atención a lo que se pedía y como ven en la foto estaban reunidos en el "chisme" todo el personal y nosotros esperando nuestro paquete y no nos dieron ni servilletas y nos cobraron el refresco cuando venían en el paquete. Pésimo servicio. Le pido al gerente que este al tanto de esto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que llegamos casi nos pegan con la puerta, los chavos que ahí trabajan estaban jugando.
Para pedir, cómo diez minutos un cliente no se decidía qué pedir había cómo diez personas en el mostrador y ninguna apoyo al cliente ni a la señorita que atendía.
La señorita que nos atendió fue rápida y amable.
Para que nos entregaran tardaron como 20 minutos, las papas fritas, la hamburguesa también fría. No nos gustó que fueran tan lentos por qué no había tanta gente.
El bañó, sucio y con un desagradable olor.
En otras ocasiones hemos ido y ha sido diferente esta vez el servicio dejo mucho que desear tal vez iremos otra vez pero no lo recomiendo, hacia mucho calor y por tema de pandemia deberían tener el aire prendido.
