The staff refuse to give us chicken regardless of they confirmed our order number but insist saying, you are not the Uber person. They don’t know Uber has pickup option? Wasted time explaining!!!

The place is horrible. The first day we went we tried to order an 6 piece bucket for just my girlfriend and I. The lady said we HAD to order an 18 piece combo because someone before had ordered it and cancelled so now they had to se it to someone. The next day we went the chicken tasted so bad and smelled disgusting. I told the manager. She told me this was the third time someone had complained of the same thing. She took box smelled it and agreed and switched it for another order of chicken. The new order we got was even worst. Still tasted bad and smelled bad, but this time the meat was hard and rubbery. My woman went to talk to the manager this time. She completely igored her and walked away. One of the cashiers had to get her attention just to talk to her. Finally the manager lied and told her no one had complained all fay even though she had just told me i I was the third person that day to complain. She also lied saying that when I showed her she didn't seem anything wrong with the first batch even though she took the chicken apart and agrred it was bad so she switched it. I've been to many KFC restaurants and this is the worst. Horrible service Horrible quality And above all, liars. Stay away
