★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, básicamente debes rogar para que te atiendan, 0 salubridad y tenían personal haciendo agujeros en las paredes mientras las personas consumen alimentos, eso saca polvo y hace un ruido insoportable. Le doy una estrella porque no se puede menos, que mal el trato al cliente. Además las mesas muy sucias, y al personal parece no importarle.
 Terrible service, basically you have to beg to be served, 0 sanitation and they had staff making holes in the walls while people are consuming food, that brings out dust and makes an unbearable noise. I give it one star because you can not do less, how bad the customer treatment. Also very dirty tables, and the staff don't seem to care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento, para la atención de. Comer en sitio,tienen preferencia en los pedidos de las apps, luego no hay hamburguesa suprema, es un lugar chico pero bien distribuido para las mesas que tienen, el baño solo es para una persona, área de juegos a parte.
Very slow, for the attention of. Eat on site, they have preference in the orders of the apps, then there is no supreme hamburger, it is a small place but well distributed for the tables they have, the bathroom is only for one person, separate games area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor del pollo es bueno, pero la atención es.un tanto grosera..... Además ya no me gusta que cobran cualquier tipo de cambio (aclaro que antes esto no pasaba) te dan afuerza crujipollo, y si quieres hacer cambio a receta secreta, te cobran de$15 a 20 pesos, según el paquete, si pides para llevar, y quieres bolsa de papel, te la cobran a $8 , si no quieres que te pongan tantas alas, que por cierto ponen DEMACIADAS, y según hay oferta de "piezas gratis" y las piezas que te pones SON ALAS!!! y regresando al tema del cambio, también hay un cobro extra de $10 o $20 según el paquete..... entonces, todas las ofertas y promociones que según ahí puedes Aprovechar, al final ya no se aplican con tanto extra......ya deporsi el costo es un tanto alto......
The taste of the chicken is good, but the attention is a bit rude..... Also, I don't like that they charge any type of change (I clarify that this didn't happen before) they give you crunchy chicken, and if you want to change to secret recipe, they charge you from $15 to 20 pesos, depending on the package, if you order to go, and you want a paper bag, they charge you $8, if you don't want them to give you so many wings, which by the way they put TOO MANY, and according to "free pieces" offer and the pieces you wear ARE WINGS!!! And returning to the topic of change, there is also an extra charge of $10 or $20 depending on the package... so, all the offers and promotions that according to there you can take advantage of, in the end they no longer apply with so much extra.... ..already the cost is a bit high......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro de todo el servicio está bien, a veces tienes unas piezas grandes y otras pequeñas yo supongo que es por como viene el pollo tienen buen servicio y sabe rico el pollo porque hay una que otra sucursal que si le hace falta un poquito mas de sabor..todo bien
All in all, the service is fine, sometimes you have some large pieces and other small ones, I suppose it is because of how the chicken comes, they have good service and the chicken tastes good because there is one or another branch that does need a little more flavor ..all good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia, pésimo servicio y actitud, evidentemente no capacitan a su personal, rascandose la cabeza, nisiquiera tenia pila su terminal para hacer el cobro no me entregaron mi voucher del pago, tuve que pedir mi tarjeta pues no me la daba, me hicieron esperar muchisimo tanto para tomar la orden como para entregar dandole sus pedidos a personas que llegaron despues de mi, si no pregunto por mi pedido nisiquiera se dan cuenta que no lo habian puesto. Una experiencia desagradable en todos los aspectos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar limpio , atienden de forma ordenada y rápida, en ocasiones no tienen todos los paquetes por la alta demanda, pero siguen siendo recomendable. El producto es recién preparado. Mantienen sana distancia y sanitizan constantemente las mesas y asientos.
