Siempre te atienden mal y la comida es de calidad regular.
El personal no está capacitado en cuanto atención al cliente, no saben atender situaciones en las que el cliente se encuentra molesto, me toco ver como una señora estaba molesta y el personal no le dio importancia.
Aunque no tiene mucha competencia (en cuanto a comida de ese tipo) KFC aleja a sus clientes por si mismo.
I think it is KFC policy that bad service is written.
They always treat you badly and the food is of regular quality.
The staff is not trained in customer service, they do not know how to deal with situations in which the client is upset, I have to see how a lady was upset and the staff did not care.
Although it does not have much competition (in terms of food of that type) KFC drives its customers away by itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron un pollo crudo y fui a devolverlo me dijeron que no era crudo que era el marinado , la chica que atiende deshizo una de las piezas para ver el pollo por dentro y llega el subgerente y dijo que no era crudo que solo me cambiaba una pieza y en lugar de retirar la que deshizo la empleada ahi me la puso. Un pésimo servicio.
