Su excelente ubicación en el centro de Pachuca, a unos pasos del Reloj Monumental, la hacen una de las mejores sucursales.
Pero... muy pocas veces tienen variedad en los sabores y recetas y en las horas pico, siempre hay mucha mucha gente.
El personal que estaba en cajas y los del área de preparación de alimentos (espero ya hayan hecho caso de los comentarios y los hayan rotado o dado un curso), es burlón y grosero. Entre otras acciones: miran que habemos muchos ya en la fila y te atienden hasta después de mucho tiempo.
De ahí en fuera, pues es un sabor y menú, ya conocidos.

Its excellent location in the center of Pachuca, a few steps from the Monumental Clock, make it one of the best branches.
But ... they rarely have a variety of flavors and recipes and at peak times, there are always a lot of people.
The staff who were in boxes and those in the food preparation area (I hope they have already listened to the comments and have rotated them or given a course), are mocking and rude. Among other actions: they see that there are many of us already in line and they attend to you until after a long time.
From there on out, it is a flavor and menu, already known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta este lugar cuando tengo antojo de pollo frito. Tengo la suerte de que me den pechuga cuando compro algún paquete. Esto me satisface.
No le doy cinco estrellas porque su ensalada de col es mala. Casi todas las veces tiene un resabio. No es fresca, quizá la próxima vez haga el reclamo.
I like this place when I have a craving for fried chicken. I am lucky that they give me breast when I buy a package. This satisfies me.
I'm not giving it five stars because their coleslaw is bad. Almost every time it has an aftertaste. It's not fresh, maybe next time I'll make the claim.

It is a great dining environment. Very comfortable. The waiters are very enthusiastic and kind. There are so many people on the holiday that you need to wait patiently. The dining environment must also wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the worst KFC's I'd ever been to in Mexico. Costumer service was terrible. The employees working there didn't have the attitude that they wanted to be there. They messed up my order and took them so long to fix it. I got tended to, and literally they saw me standing there waiting patiently and they looked at me as if they weren't gonna do anything to fix it. I had to request the manager and got taken care of after standing for 15 minutes for something that takes seconds to fix. The place has no parking so you'll have to park your vehicle on the street, which is usually very full. Also, they let random solicitors come into the restaurant to ask for money while you're there eating. Overral, I don't reccomend this location. Only reason I didn't give it one star was because the food tasted good.
