Extremely friendly staff and clean. Fast service and characteristic flavor. The bad: Extremely dirty place, from tables chairs, bathrooms. There's no way they can't serve a soft drink without ice even though I asked for it 3 times like that. The back entrance has been chained shut in the parking lot for months. They had already improved and lowered their quality again. An order at the window 28 minutes! I will never go back ?

The rating is for the service, I don't know if they lack staff or what the problem is but they have come twice in the month of May and both times the service is very slow, first it took 5 minutes being already in the box that they will take my order because they were inside making balls, then they say that the strips would take 10 to 15 minutes I said ok it's reasonable. Well, 30 minutes passed and they still didn't have my order, after they delivered the order everything was wrong, completely wrong, I asked for jumbo accessories and they gave me guys, I asked for Fanta and they gave me coke, a mega box was missing and well, the experience lousy! The hunger left us, my stomach hurt from courage, although the food is good, the experience they made us go through will make us not return. The worst thing is that when you complain they treat you as if it had been free, and we didn't pay 3 pesos, it shouldn't be like that. Already twice in a month the same treatment and waiting time is really bad, if you need staff, hire them and avoid people going to have a bad time.
