El servicio no es malo pero excelente no es
Se confunden de platillos, te dan cosas que no pediste y cuando les comentas, su respuesta es que eso es lo que pediste
Esta muy limpio

The service is not bad but excellent is not
They get confused about dishes, they give you things that you didn't ask for and when you tell them, their response is that that's what you asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pollo crudo con sabor desagradable las salsas, nos quedamos sin comer debido q se tuvo q tirar por tal suceso, la ensalada sabia a metal no se de cuando es xq sabia mal, lo rescatable los bisquets y el pure, de vdd una calidad pesima no es la primera vez q consumo ahi y es decepcionante, despues de 45 minutos me entregaron mi pedido. Muy mala experiencia, espero no solo con disculpas quieran resolver a cada cliente si no que hagan algo resolviendo los puntos y nos brinden un mejor servicio de calidad

Very bad experience, I hope not only with apologies they want to solve each client but that they do something solving the points and provide us with a better quality service

MUY DECEPCIONANTE Y no es la primera vez que me pasa , la vez pasada , no había ensalada.
Nada que ver con otras sucursales de otras ciudades y menos del pollo de Estados Unidos que sabe todo delicioso
Aquí en san pedro , fatal el pollo kentucky...no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio al cliente, atentos, con conocimientos en lo que ofrecen, alimentos con muy buen sabor, variedad de productos y precios en el menú (ensaladas, platillos, postres, bebidas, complementos, combos). Tienen imágenes ilustrativas para que se facilite elegir lo que se va a comprar. El lugar es amplio con varias mesas para consumir en el lugar y con indicaciones de sana distancia.
Pudieran mejorar en la rapidez en que se tiene listo el pedido.
Good customer service, attentive, with knowledge of what they offer, food with a very good taste, a variety of products and prices on the menu (salads, dishes, desserts, drinks, accessories, combos). They have illustrative images to make it easy to choose what to buy. The place is spacious with several tables to consume in the place and with indications of healthy distance.
They could improve in the speed in which the order is ready.
