Terrible service, terrible attention, I waited for my chicken strips for almost half an hour and they were getting smaller and harder, the hamburger too and cold, they don't give you jam or ketchup or anything

Whenever I order they have to send me salad and puree, my order specifically says that I want two purees and they bring me the salad! What the hell happens to you, it's always the same with you. (Attached photo of evidence)
