★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 10 minutes and chicken wasn't cooked fully and then when I asked for BBQ sauce it was so important they needed to charge me for it. No refills either. Staff will smile to your face and $6(#:_:$+ you is the 4637$+$-#&#:#-$+$+2- do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was there messy and very dirty, and a girl was a daughter of the woman who cleans the place was inside the kitchen touching the food, the chicken tenders were white and not well cooked, they served me old and cold fried potatoes so i asked if they can give me more, and they put back the old and cold fried potatoes to cook again and they served more.. so disappointed about the place! ??

This is the second kfc I've visited in Mexico city and food was disgusting....chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked in 1 year old oil and on top of that they gave stone cold fries.
I think I know the reason for this problem....they pay their staff peanuts so they don't have any pride in there job.
Managers here looked like the walking dead who couldn't crack a smile if their lives depended on it.....i would skip this place and go to McDonald's on next block if you fancy fast food.

My answer, DONT FALSELY ADVERTISE. If you advertise something, I should get a minimum of what you advertise, not something smaller then what you show I should get.
PS!¡! You don't say that the bottom of the bucket is mashed potatoes.
