★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pollo y comida estan bien, respetan la receta secreta, lo unico que el lugar esta muy descuidado a veces, las mesas sucias, el contenedor de basura hasta el tope y ponen música a muy alto volumen y con lenguaje explícito. Atención con eso si no les gusta esos ambientes.
 The chicken and food are good, they respect the secret recipe, the only thing is that the place is very neglected at times, the dirty tables, the garbage container to the brim and they play music at a very high volume and with explicit language. Be careful with that if you don't like those environments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos con la intención de comprar algo rico, después de tardarse como 15 min. hicimos el pedido mixto y 2 ordenes de papas chicas, luego vimos que por ser martes te regalan 3 piezas más, las pedimos y nos dijeron que eran 17$ más, porque era mixta, le dijimos que nos dieran el pedido de una sola y nos dieron Kruggi, el problema fue que las papas estaban mucho muy frías la sita se enojo porque cambiamos de mixta a una sola, NO SE VALE QUE TE DEN UN MUGRERO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por parte del Drive, esta demasiado lento el servicio; si su idea es tardar demasiado deberían de cubrir todo el Drive con un toldo para el sol que está demasiado fuerte en esta temporada y para acabarla te sirven lo que quieren y no por lo que pagas, mal servicio ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servicio, la calidad de algunos alimentos no son de buena calidad no presentación, el área de niños son para niños determina una altura pero los escalones para ingresar al área están más altos de lo que un niño menos a 90 cm pueda usar. Además había moscas en área de caja y comedor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La semana pasada acudimos a comprar pollo y al atendernos por el drive no tuvimos ningún problema por lo regular suelen tardarse y comprendemos por que hay más gente y al parecer es poco el personal.
Al comer el pollo no nos percatamos de algún mal olor y lo comimos sin problema pero a las 6 am me levanté por problemas estomacales. Sufri de intoxicación alimenticia. Tengan más cuidado en la conservación, mantenimiento y preparación del alimento, puede ser mortal consumir alimentos contaminados y echados a perder sobre todo el pollo.
Dure 3 días con sintomas de intoxicación junto con gastritis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A las 6:30 pm aprox realice la compra de un paquete de 8 piezas de pollo con muy mal sabor, pollo viejo y quemado en la freidora, no todas las piezas estaban quemadas pero lo que creíamos rescatable tenían mal sabor y la carne dura.
At 6:30 pm approx I made the purchase of a package of 8 pieces of chicken with a very bad taste, old chicken and burned in the fryer, not all the pieces were burned but what we thought was salvageable had a bad taste and the meat was tough.
