Pides factura y nunca te la dan, te hacen dar vueltas y nunca te resuelven.
The raw chicken is disgusting and they never have Coleslaw, the employees are very attentive, it hurts that they have a terrible quality of service.
You ask for an invoice and they never give it to you, they make you spin around and they never solve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo d pedir 2megabox pollohdag.. D 4 piezas supuestamente y solo venían 3piezas,pero eso si m cobraron el paquete d 4 piezas y no enviaron ni salsas ni mermelada para los bisquet.. M siento desepcionada ya q soy cliente frecuente.. Ojalá el personal sea más atentos en sus pedidos y tener la delicadeza d revisar antes d cobrar.. Gracias
I just ordered 2 megabox pollohdag.. D 4 pieces supposedly and only 3 pieces came, but that is if they charged me for the package of 4 pieces and they did not send sauces or jam for the biscuits.. I feel disappointed since I am a frequent customer.. I hope he staff be more attentive in your orders and have the delicacy to review before charging .. Thank you
