El sabor me encanta pero el personal aun no cuenta con la experiencia y capacitación cuando hay muchos comensales, se confunden en las órdenes, te saltan, no hay variedad de juguetes.
 The playground is now open and the little ones are happy.
I love the flavor but the staff still does not have the experience and training when there are many diners, they get confused in the orders, they jump on you, there is no variety of toys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A un que es nuevo , hay algo que no me alcanza a convencer. Fui en sábado como a las 4:00 pedí pollo receta secreta 4 pzas. Los muslos estaban crudos en el hueso. En fin de semana la atención mal y un poco sucio. Lástima por que cuando todo está bien el pollo es rico.
To one who is new, there is something that does not convince me. I went on a Saturday around 4:00 I ordered secret recipe chicken 4 pcs. The thighs were raw to the bone. On weekends, poor service and a bit dirty. Too bad because when everything is fine, the chicken is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un nuevo espacio, limpio, buena y rápida atención... ojalá y no solo sea porque es nueva la sucursal... si mantienen un buen producto además de un lugar limpio y agradable atención, seguro se mantendrán por años. Ah, se me olvidaba... el "viene viene" muy atento y listo para auxiliar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron más de 40 minutos en atendernos en la fila de los autos, se disculparon diciendo que un señor estaba muy enojado y luego, nos entregan 4 tiras del tamaño que ilustra la foto…. Me pregunto por qué el señor se habrá enojado.
They took more than 40 minutes to serve us in the car line, they apologized saying that a man was very angry and then they gave us 4 strips the size shown in the photo…. I wonder why the gentleman would be angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En estos momentos el lugar es muy reciente y por ende el mobiliario se ve muy bien. Una señorita pasa constantemente a limpiar los lugares. La comida es el tradicional sabor de KFC: a algunos les gusta, a otros no. A mí en particular sí me gusta.
At the moment the place is very recent and therefore the furniture looks very good. A young lady constantly passes by to clean the places. The food is the traditional KFC flavor - some like it, some don't. I particularly like it.

Las porciones cada vez son más pequeñas, y poco sabor quel ver con lo que presentan en las fotos.
Vean las fotos que le tomé ahí son más de 300 pesos.
Entiendo que incrementan los costos de los insumos pero, esto es irreal.
Lamentable situación, muuc bonito el restaurante pero de que sirve.
No vuelvo a regresar. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para comer solo que algunas mesas las encuentras sucias en hora pico, te atienden muy amablemente.
El restaurante esta decorado muy bonito, el área de niños esta resguardada por un vigilante, mismo que abre la puerta de acceso del lado del estacionamiento.
Good place to eat only that some tables you find dirty at rush hour, they serve you very kindly.
The restaurant is very nicely decorated, the children's area is guarded by a security guard, who opens the access door on the parking lot side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't hate KCF but PRB (yum mexico ) really do.
The place is nice bran new, but is to find the neighbors that you hate in a new home.
They took more than 30 min to get my order (with a line of 6 costumers). When i get my order was frozen, a chicken leg with the same size of a chicken nugget.
The only part clean that i could find was the restroom. I can tell because the 50% of the table that coronel sanders is using look so full of dirt and chicken specs. De other 25% are people just slacking after eating the meal including crue members.
They only have two sets of trash bins.
Im sorry that a new KCF look exactly like and old one. Please fix it
