★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad en esta sucursal pésimo servicio se tardaron mucho aprox 30 minutos para entregar mi orden y la otra peor es que no tenían cucharas para los complementos , osea es irreal que tengan que comer los comensales con las manos o improvisar para comer los complementos como lo son puré y ensalada y aparte la sucursal estaba muy descuidada y sucia , pésimo lugar.
 The truth is that in this branch, terrible service, it took a lot of approx. 30 minutes to deliver my order and the other worst thing is that they did not have spoons for the complements, that is, it is unreal that the diners have to eat with their hands or improvise to eat the complements as they do. They are puree and salad and apart from that the branch was very neglected and dirty, lousy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, el servicio al cliente es muy malo tengo tiempo llendo y siempre pareciera que los empleados fueron contratados ayer, son in expertos y lentos, me tomaron el pedido 2 veces porque la señora de caja llamada Marina no pone atención y lo hizo mal, hay que estarle gritando porque no escucha bien, mientras esperaba mi pedido vi que le dió 20 pesos de más a la persona de atrás de mí, la comida no es mala pero tampoco buena, el empanizado de las k-tiras no es tan crujiente como en otras sucursales y nunca pero nunca tienen ensalada, siempre entregan puré, los refrescos no son de refil y adentro parece que no funciona el clima, no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentra a la entrada del municipio de Cadereyta Jiménez nuevo León, cuenta con un amplio estácionamiento y acceso a personas discapacitadas, como todo lugar de comida rápida y por su acceso rápido en horas pico se encuentra con clientes en espera para si atención.
It is located at the entrance of the municipality of Cadereyta Jiménez nuevo León, it has a large parking lot and access for disabled people, like any fast food place and due to its fast access at peak hours it finds customers waiting for their attention.
