★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones y limpieza son impecables.
El servicio es algo estándar desde que me forme tarde 18 minutos al obtener mis alimentos.
El pollo es lo que se espera de un KFC. Crujiente y jugoso.
El personal es amable.
Recomiendo el paquete Mix, si es la primera vez que vienes a un KFC y con compañía!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un pedido por medio de didi me mandaron menos de la mitad de mi pedido,todo frío y me mandaron lo que quisieron, de nada sirve que pusieran este mas cerca si no tienen la capacidad de atender ni en plataformas ni en la tienda,sigo llendo a silao mejor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención en pedido para cubrir pedidos de Didi más de hora y media del pedido y hasta las 7:43 PM no han mandado nada.Si van a solicitar prevenganse puede pasar esto.No les cumplen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los asistentes son amables, pero eso no es suficiente para garantizar un buen servicio. Aun llegando al lugar en horas de poca actividad, me demore mas de 30 minutos en ser atendido (solo tenia 3 clientes a mi frente), cuando me toco el turno, el encargado tuvo que preguntar varias veces por el pedido, aunque mostré en el sitio web del establecimiento para indicar el producto que quería, porque las pantallas cambian rápido y no ofrecen ninguna otra forma de menú. Luego esperé más de una hora a que saliera mis hamburguesas. Los asistentes que los ensamblan son demasiado lentos. Y incluso después de toda esta espera y toda la demora en confirmar mi pedido, mi orden fue incorrecta. La unidad es nueva, las luces se siguen encendiendo y apagando solas. Me tomará un tiempo volver a este lugar, hasta que mejore.
The attendants are friendly, but that's not enough to guarantee good service. Even arriving at the place during off-peak hours, it took me more than 30 minutes to be served (I only had 3 clients in front of me), when it was my turn, the manager had to ask several times for the order, although I showed on the store's website to indicate the product you wanted, because the screens change quickly and do not offer any other form of menu. Then I waited over an hour for my burgers to come out. The wizards that assemble them are too slow. And even after all this waiting and all the delay in confirming my order, my order was wrong. The unit is new, the lights continue to turn on and off on their own. It'll take me a while to get back to this place, until I get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ las instalaciones estan bonitas y limpias, la capacidad del restaurante estaba a 3/4 de su capacidad por lo que habia mas personal de servicio que lo habitual, asi que el servicio fue excelente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son nuevas y el personal es muy amable, sin embargo, no tienen experiencia y en hora pico solo tenían funcionando una caja, por lo que la fila fue de casi una hora para ser atendido.
La cajera fue muy amable pero tenía que estar preguntando al gerente varias veces durante un pedido, lo que hacia interminable el tiempo de espera.
Es un buen lugar pero dejaré pasar tiempo antes de regresar a esta sucursal. Al menos en hora pico.
The facilities are new and the staff is very friendly, however, they are inexperienced and at rush hour they only had one box working, so the line was almost an hour to be served.
The cashier was very friendly but she had to ask the manager several times during an order, which made the waiting time endless.
It is a good place but I will let some time pass before I return to this branch. At least during rush hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The music is so loud we can’t hear each other talk. They were playing rap music extremely loud and they took forever … we eventually left without ordering food. Very disappointed
