★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 25 de febrero de 2022 fui a comer al kfc de Morelia Michoacán en la macroplaza y en una pieza de polloe salio un cabello en el empanizado y fui con la cajera a reportarlo y le dije que había un cabello ella me lo cambio y me dio otro, pero al abrir la pieza de pollo estaba medio crudo ella le dijo a la supervisora y me dijo que ya no se podia hacer nada, fue al rededor de las 4 de la tarde, muchas gracias por su atención, pongo esta denuncia para que sean mas cuidadosos con sus empleados
 Today February 25, 2022 I went to eat at the KFC in Morelia Michoacán in the macroplaza and in a piece of chicken a hair came out in the breading and I went to the cashier to report it and I told her that there was a hair, she changed it for me and gave me another, but when she opened the piece of chicken it was half raw, she told the supervisor and she told me that nothing could be done, it was around 4 in the afternoon, thank you very much for your attention, I file this complaint so that be more careful with your employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucio muy sucio, los empleados gritándose groserías, y jugando el baño asqueroso, mesas súper sucias y mucha basura entre mesas pasillos, la comida más de 20 minutos da asco comer ahí jamás volveré.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicioso el sabor, como en cualquier KFC, las empleadas son rápidas y amables; tienen buena higiene en los baños, pero no tanto en el area de mesas, en todas había boronas dejadas por comensales anteriores y por contingencia de covid deberían limpiar con más frecuencia, incluso entre cliente y cliente, por lo demás, buena experiencia y rica comida.
Delicious the taste, as in any KFC, the employees are fast and friendly; They have good hygiene in the bathrooms, but not so much in the table area, in all of them there were burdens left by previous diners and due to a covid contingency they should clean more frequently, even between client and client, otherwise, good experience and delicious food .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real good chicken and biscuits I gave it a 4 because they don't have a ramp from Walmart only stairs so you have to drop off ur groceries to the parking lot and walk back to KFC. Must suck for handicaps and wheelchairs .
