★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio muy lento y les dan preferencia a los que reparten el pollo como Uber o cualquiera y nos dejan esperando horas a los que estamos formados. Aparte el pollo de esta sucursal está muy seco comparado con otras.
Terrible service, very slow and they give preference to those who distribute the chicken like Uber or anyone else and they leave us waiting for hours for those of us who are trained. Besides, the chicken of this branch is very dry compared to others.

Fui a probar el nuevo sándwich, se tardaron mas de 40 minutos con mi pedido, y el pan del sándwich estaba muy duro, el filete muy seco y las papas frías. Las mesas sucias, en general pésimo servicio. Cuando se juntó mucha gente, el gerente se levantó y trato de ayudar, pero ya algunos clientes pidieron la devolución de su dinero. No pude hacer la encuesta de satisfacción por que el ticket estaba incompleto.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. I went to try the new sandwich, it took more than 40 minutes with my order, and the sandwich bread was very hard, the steak very dry and the fries cold. Dirty tables, generally lousy service. When many people gathered, the manager got up and tried to help, but some customers already asked for their money back. I could not do the satisfaction survey because the ticket was incomplete.
My visit was on May 11 at 7:43 p.m.

Solo le pareció un tanto sucio, quizás el exceso de consumidores. Pero bien.
