They have no chicken. They invite us to go to another branch, the manager said that at least 2 hours to have chicken at 3pm and they are not prepared, it is disgusting!

Sólo un pequeño comentario, las Ke-tiras cada vez son más pequeñas ?.
El BBQ es delicioso, deberían poner opción para poder bañar las piezas de pollo, aunque sea con un cobro extra.
They have good packages for Galerías Querétaro tenants and the menu is very good. And the attention is good.
The best crispy chicken in the world!
Just a small comment, the Ke-strips are getting smaller and smaller ?.
The BBQ is delicious, they should have an option to bathe the chicken pieces, even if it is with an extra charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan mucho en tomar Las órdenes, y ni se diga para entregarlas igual una pollería más, que más se puede esperar.
Terrible service, they take a long time to take the orders, and not to mention to deliver them just like one more chicken, what more can you expect.
